Kitchen & Bathroom Electrical Costs
Costs depend on the scope of work, number of circuits, and complexity of installation. We provide free, detailed quotes and can work alongside your kitchen or bathroom fitter for a seamless finish.
All bathroom installations comply with BS 7671 Section 701 zone requirements, using IP-rated fittings where required.
We install dedicated circuits for high-power appliances like ovens, hobs, and electric showers — properly rated and protected.
We coordinate with your kitchen or bathroom fitter to ensure first-fix and second-fix electrical work happens at the right stage.
All notifiable kitchen and bathroom electrical work is certified under Part P building regulations and registered with NAPIT.

Kitchen & Bathroom Electrics FAQs
Do I need a dedicated circuit for my oven?
Yes. Electric ovens and hobs draw significant power and must be on their own dedicated circuit, properly rated and protected. We install these as standard in all kitchen electrical projects.
What are bathroom electrical zones?
Bathrooms are divided into zones (0, 1, 2, and outside zones) that determine what type of electrical equipment can be installed and at what IP rating. All our bathroom installations comply with BS 7671 Section 701 zone requirements.
Can you install underfloor heating?
Yes, we install the electrical wiring and controls for electric underfloor heating systems. We work with most brands and can connect to smart thermostats for convenient control.
Should I get electrics done before or after kitchen fitting?
Electrical work is done in two stages: first-fix (running cables and positioning back boxes) before the kitchen is installed, and second-fix (connecting sockets, switches, and appliances) after fitting. We coordinate with your kitchen fitter to get the timing right.
